Silence is like a mirror for thought, all it does is reflect the light shown upon it.

  1. Not a lot of light in your comments so far! Shame, I like your quote and would be interested in what others think. Oh well, their loss. Speaking of mirrors and reflection, any thoughts on why more students don't automatically respond when given questions in class? People who eagerly talk when in a computer lab or happily blog are put into a row of seats in a classroom and asked a few questions then no longer seem to have anything but silence?!?! I am sure most of the people understood the questions. I believe many had read and would have had ideas...but yet they didn't share. Lots of kids around the world in different societies would have reacted very differently.
